Configuring Timesheet Templates (New Timesheet)

Timesheet Templates function as a collection of predefined properties that establish default configurations, assignments, views, options, rules, and reminders tailored to meet specific time entry needs. Each timesheet user must be assigned a timesheet template before they can record time they spent working.

Templates allow you to manage different settings for different types of users. For instance, if you want to restrict billable time entry to specific users for project-related tasks in a monthly basis, you can create a monthly timesheet template. This template would allow users to select the relevant project and input notes for Non-billable Time Entries, tailored to their needs.

Default timesheet templates are available that you can use or edit to meet your requirements. You can also create as many new templates as you need.
