Within Upland Qvidian Administration, Upland Qvidian Administrators can manage their company’s instance of Upland Qvidian, including, global settings, user, role and team permissions, the default Home page, Salesforce.com, and Extensions Web Services integration. By customizing settings and permissions, administrators can optimize the users' experience and help to ensure the integrity of their Upland Qvidian instance.
As an administrator, there are a lot of ways you can tailor your instance of Upland Qvidian to your organization in addition to those mentioned above. For example, you can:
- set up news and announcements to display as a pop-up alerts. Companies often use pop-up alerts to notify users of important information, such as updates to add-ins for new releases.
- set passwords to automatically reset every 90 days if your organization requires regular password changes.
- add headers and footers to email messages by Email notification triggers.
- gain additional insight into your user's activity by turning on Event Audit IDs.
- add your organization's logo to the header.
