Creating a Public Distribution
Public Distributions can be created by an Administrator for group use. For example, all members of the Marketing group may have a distribution predefined specifically for their use. Contact your Administrator to find out if any Public distributions were created for company use.
You can also create your own personal distributions as public distributions. Other users can subscribe to the distributions that you have published as public.

You can share your own Personal Distribution by making it a new Public Distribution. Other users can subscribe to your public distributions.

You can modify your own Public Distributions. However, you cannot modify the Public Distributions of other users. Instead, you can make changes to a distribution and then use Save As to create a new Public Distribution.
