Adding an Adestra-Salesforce (2025) Integration

The latest edition of the Adestra-Salesforce app is currently available via invitation only. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for details and an invite.

Before you start: to provide you with the necessary app links and token, we will require an Adestra API token for your Adestra site. Include your Adestra API token when you contact your customer success manager for links to the apps.

Note: installation and setup of the Adestra-Salesforce connector must be performed by your organisation’s Salesforce administrator.

To configure the Adestra-Salesforce integration:

  1. Install the Upland Audience Engagement and the Upland Adestra Salesforce apps.

    For links to the apps, contact your customer success manager.

  2. Set the app permissions in Salesforce.

  3. Configure user settings in Salesforce.

  4. Connect the Adestra app to your Adestra account.

  5. Set your core table and field mapping.

  6. Sync your campaigns with Adestra.

  7. Add the Adestra dashboard to your Salesforce homepage (Optional).
