Adding an Adestra-Salesforce (2025) Integration
The 2025 edition of the Adestra-Salesforce app is currently available via invitation only. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for details and an invite.
For the previous version of the Salesforce app installation, refer to the Salesforce Integration documentation.
Note: installation and setup of the Adestra-Salesforce connector must be performed by your organisation’s Salesforce administrator.
Tip: the installation and setup process may take approximately 60 minutes.
To configure the Adestra-Salesforce integration:

Install the Upland Audience Engagement and the Upland Adestra Salesforce apps.
For links to the apps, contact your customer success manager.

Set the app permissions in Salesforce.

Configure user settings in Salesforce.

Connect the Adestra app to your Adestra account.

Set your workspace, core table and field mapping.

Sync your campaigns with Adestra.

Add the Adestra dashboard to your Salesforce homepage (Optional).
