I will manually add items: No Programs will be automatically added to your "My Work" panel. The "Programs" tab will only contains Programs that you have manually added to your work.
Note: When this is selected, both (d) "Include programs where:" and (e) "Exclude programs that:" on the right-hand side of the window will disappear. These options are not relevant if Programs will not be automatically added to the "My Work" panel.

-
How are work items removed from this list?: Use this drop-down menu to determine how Programs will be removed from the "My Work" panel.
-
I will manually remove items: Programs will remain on the "My Work" panel until you manually remove them from "My Work". This can be done from the "My Work" panel or from the Program itself.
-
When the program is closed by me from My Work: Programs will be removed from the "My Work" panel if you update their statuses to a "Closed" status type from the Program's drop-down menu directly on the "My Work" panel:
Note: Programs can still be manually removed from the "My Work" panel if this option is chosen. This can be done from the "My Work" panel or from the Program itself.
Note: If the Program's status has been changed to "Closed" in a different way (i.e. by another user or from the Program Details page), it will remain on your work panel until you manually remove it from "My Work". This can be done from the "My Work" panel or from the Program itself.
Note: A "Closed" status refers to any statuses with non-active status types (Closed, Cancel, On-hold, etc.). Contact an Eclipse PPM administrator for information on Program status types.

Include programs where: Use the checkboxes to select the criteria that Programs must meet to appear on your "My Work" panel. Programs must only meet one of the checked criteria to be included.
Note: These options will not be available if you have selected "I will manually add items" from (b) "How are work items added to this list?".
-
I am the program owner: Programs for which you are the Program Owner will appear on your "My Work" panel.
-
I have a role on the program: Programs that you have a role on will appear on your "My Work" panel.
-
-
Exclude programs that: Use the checkboxes to select the criteria that will exclude Programs from your "My Work" panel. Programs will be excluded from your "My Work" panel if they meet any of the checked criteria, even if they also meet the checked criteria under (e) "Include Projects where".
Note: These options will not be available if you have selected "I will manually add items" from (b) "How are work items added to this list?".
Note: Selecting these criteria will not remove any Programs that are currently on your "My Work" panel; they will only prevent other Programs from appearing. For example, choosing to exclude Programs that "are in a Closed / Completed state" and then changing the status of one of your "My Work" Programs to "Closed" will not necessarily take it off of your "My Work" panel. Only (d) "How are work items removed from this list?" will determine how Programs can be removed from the "My Work" panel.
