Integrations

Intelligent Capture integrates with FileBound, CloudFAX, and OneDrive. You will only see options specific to these integrations if the integration has been enabled for your account and you are assigned to a role that has permission to the integration.

FileBound

The FileBound integration allows you to: 

• Use the FileBound Navigation Menu item.
• Add the FileBound Assigned Items widget to your Home Page.

CloudFAX

The CloudFAX integration allows you to: 

• Use the Faxes Navigation Menu items.
• Add the Faxes and Quick Fax widgets to your Home Page.
• Send documents as faxes from MyFiles.
• Send documents as faxes from Work Items.
• Send documents from FileBound assignments as faxes if the FileBound integration is enabled for your site.
• Send documents from your Microsoft OneDrive folders as faxes using the OneDrive widget if the OneDrive integration is enabled for your site.

OneDrive

The OneDrive integration allows you to: 

• Add the OneDrive widget to your Home Page.
• Copy documents from MyFiles to your OneDrive folders.
• Copy documents from Work Items to your OneDrive folders.
• Copy faxes from your CloudFAX account to your OneDrive folders if the CloudFAX integration is enabled for your site.
• Copy documents from FileBound assignments to your OneDrive folders if the FileBound integration is enabled for your site.
