Caution: Please be advised that it is recommended to fill all fields, even if no changes are intended. Leaving fields blank may result in some values reverting to their default settings.

Site Property Import Fields Definitions
Tenrox_Excel_Process_Status Import status (populated by the system after the site import is processed)
UniqueId - Upon Creation: The Unique ID of a new Site is automatically populated by the system once the creation process is completed.
- Upon Update: The Unique ID of Sites being updated must be entered by you, ensuring it matches the one initially generated by the system during the initial import. For further details on how to extract this Unique ID refer to Create a Report to View Unique Ids.
Note: Do not edit this column if you are creating a new Site using Excel Import.
Name * Defines the Name of the Site (required field)
Site_Parent_Name Defines the Name of the Site under which a new site is created/Site being modified or moved
Id Defines the Site ID
Language Defines the Language of the Site. Possible value:
E (English)
F (French)
Timezone_In_Seconds Timezone in GMT
60 1 minute
3600 1 hour
32400 9 hours
Example: 3600 = GMT +1, -3600 = GMT -1
Tax_Group_Name Defines the Name of the Tax Group that applies to the site
Holiday_Name Defines the Name of the Holiday associated to the site.
Site_Administrator_Logon_Name Defines the Logon name of the Site administrator.
Site_Administrator_Last_Name Defines the Last name of the Site administrator.
Site_Administrator_First_Name Defines the First name of the Site administrator.
Site_Alternate_Contact_Logon_Name Defines the Logon name of the Alternate contact.
Site_Alternate_Contact_Last_Name Defines the Last name of the Alternate contact.
Site_Alternate_Contact_First_Name Defines the First name of the Alternate contact.
Address1 Defines the first line of the site's Address.
Address2 This is the second line of the site's Address.
Telephone Defines the site's Telephone.
Fax Defines the site's Fax.
Is_Placeholder Defines whether or not the site is a placeholder
Note: Enter 1/0 for Yes/No.
Is_Suspended Defines whether or not the site is suspended
Note: Enter 1/0 for Yes/No.
Description Description of the site.
City Defines the site's City.
State_Code Defines the site's State Code.
Country_Code Defines the site's Country:

Zip_Code Defines the site's Zip Code.
Is_Default_Billing_Address Defines whether or not the site is the Default Billing Address
Note: Enter 1/0 for Yes/No.
Is_Override_Regional_Settings Defines whether or not the Regional Settings is overridden at the Site level.
Note: Enter 1/0 for Yes/No.
Thousands_Separator Defines the site's Thousands Separator.
Decimal_Separator Will be applied in case IsOverrideRegionalSettings is set to 1.
The applicable values are: (.) and (,).
Date_Separator Will be applied in case IsOverrideRegionalSettings is set to 1.
