Users Property Import Fields

Part of successfully importing items/objects into PSA is the PSA Microsoft Excel Import template (in .xlsx), which contains the necessary predefined tabs which allow you to specify the item/object properties to import.

This article is designed to facilitate the smooth import of Users into PSA using the Excel Import Template (.xlsx). It outlines the available fields, offering administrators concise descriptions to populate their Excel templates effectively. Caution: Please be advised that it is recommended to fill all fields, even if no changes are intended. Leaving fields blank may result in some values reverting to their default settings.

Users Property Import Fields Definitions
Tenrox_Excel_Process_Status Import status (populated by the system after the User import is processed)
UniqueId - Upon Creation: The Unique ID of a new User is automatically populated by the system once the creation process is completed.
- Upon Update: The Unique ID of Users being updated must be entered by you, ensuring it matches the one initially generated by the system during the initial import. For further details on how to extract this Unique ID refer to Create a Report to View Unique Ids.
Note: Do not edit this column if you are creating a new Users using Excel Import.
LogonId * Defines the user's Logon Id (required field)
Password Defines the user's Password
Last_Name * Defines the user's Last Name (required field)
First_Name * Defines the user's First Name (required field)
Id Defines the user's Id
Email Defines the user's Email
Master_Site_Name Defines the user's Master Site
Active_Site_Name Defines the user's Active Site
Language Defines the Language for the User. Possible value:
E (English)
F (French)
Title_Name Defines the user's Title
Group_Name Defines the user's Approval Group
Functional_Group_Name Defines the user's Functional Group
Is_Suspended Defines whether or not the User is suspended
Note: Enter 1/0 for Yes/No.
Social_Security_No Defines the user's SSN
Telephone Defines the user's Phone Number
Alternate_Telephone Alternate Phone Number
Fax This field has been removed from the user interface.

Address1 Defines the user's Address Line 1
Address2 Defines the user's Address Line 2
City Defines the user's City
State_Code Defines the user's State Code.
Country_Code Defines the user's Country:

AUSTRALIA Australia
FRANCE France
Zip_Code Defines the user's Zip/Postal code.
Mobile_No Defines the user's Mobile Number
Pager_No This field has been removed from the user interface.

Role_Code Defines the user's Security Profile:

Date_Hired Defines the user's Hire Date

Last_Evaluation Defines the user's Last Evaluation

Next_Evaluation Defines the user's Next Evaluation

Date_Terminated Defines the user's Termination Date

Allow_Over_Allocation Defines whether or not the Allow Over Allocation is turned on or off.

Out_Of_Office Defines whether or not the User is set to Out Of Office in PSA.
