Associate a Project to a Portfolio

Associating projects helps you group related work for easier tracking, reporting, and portfolio-level management.

This article details how to associate a Project to a Portfolio.

  1. From the Icon Bar click Setup .
  2. From the Navigation Menu click Work to expand the corresponding menu.
  3. From the Work menu items, click Portfolios.
  4. Select a portfolio by clicking on it's Name.
  5. Upon the Portfolio Edit page displaying, click the Projects tab.
  6. Click Associate Project.

  7. Select the required project from the available projects section on the left.
  8. Click the Add button (>).
  9. The selected project(s) appears in the selected projects section.

    Select the desired project(s)

  10. Click Back to return to the previous page.
  11. Upon returning to the Portfolio Edit page, view the associated project(s) listed within the Projects tab.
