Profiles

Mobile Commons automatically creates a profile for every mobile phone number that interacts with your company account, whether or not the number is a current subscriber. For example, Mobile Commons creates a profile for any number that is uploaded as part of a group or that is used to subscribe to an active campaign, call in to an mConnect number, query an mData, or make a mobile donation.

Note: The key identifier in a user profile is the mobile phone number.
