Timesheet Setup

To set up Timesheets, perform the following:

The steps for setting up and configuring Timesheet Templates are:

  1. General: Define the basic settings such as the Name, Period Type, Start date...
  2. Assignments: Assign Template to User(s), Sites(s) Resource Type(s)...
  3. Setup: Choose what to display and how: Layout, columns and rows, summaries...
  4. Options: Overtime (global), Documents and Notes, Copy Timesheet...
  5. Rules: Enforce minimum and maximum hours, Notes and Entries
  6. Reminders: Setup Reminders to complete, approve/reject and escalate Timesheets.
