Upland Analytics for Qvidian
Upland Analytics is a reporting tool that uses current data to create a variety of customizable reports on the activity and users in your Qvidian instance. You can use Analytics to view statistics and trends, such as content and document types usage, expired content, created documents and projects, and user activity.
- To open Upland Analytics, click the Analytics
icon in the side navigation menu.
Upland Analytics interface
The Upland Analytics interface makes it easy for you to organize and view your most frequently used reports.
- My Analytics Page: The "My Recently Viewed" area displays your last eight recently viewed items, a list of your favorite reports and dashboards displays in the "My Favorites" section, and a table with categorized tabs for reports, dashboards, and folders displays in the "My Reports" and "Dashboards" section.
- Navigation: The top portion of the navigation menu displays your reports, dashboards, and folders in the current folder. To navigate between folders, click on a folder or to return to the previous folder, click the arrow icon. Click the three dots at the top to display your position in several nested folders.
- Shortcuts: At the bottom of the navigation menu, the "My Favorites" section contains a link to the reports and dashboards that you favorited. The "My Recently Viewed" section displays your last eight recently viewed items, and the help button opens the Analytics help center.
- Quick Filters: In the filter drawer, you can customize the order of your filters by dragging and dropping the filters to arrange the order. The filter(s) that display in the Quick Filters section in the filter drawer also display on the top of the dashboard as quick filters for easy access.
- Saved Filters: You can now save your filter values directly to your reports and dashboards. This allows reports and dashboards to open with the information you care about filtered to your specific needs.
Note: Users must be granted Allow user to access standard analytics dashboard Permissions to view dashboards in Analytics and Allow user to create analytics dashboards/reports Permissions to create reports. In order to edit Upland Analytics objects that other users have created, the Allow user to manage analytics objects Permissions must be enabled. Dashboards
Upland Analytics for Qvidian includes eight standard dashboards and a set of additional reports:
- Users: Displays information on Upland Qvidian users and their log-in activity.
- Created Documents: Displays information on created document, including the number built, how many were RFPs, trends, and activity details.
- Content Usage: Displays information on the number on type of content used along with how it was used and by whom.
- Content Management: Displays information on the content in the library, including the total content, content management activity, and content creators.
- Content Expiration: Displays information on expired and expiring content in the library, along with any document types using that content.
- Event Auditing dashboard: Displays information on auditing events triggered in your Qvidian instance.
- RFP Projects: Displays information on current Classic and RFP Projects.
- Review Jobs: Displays information on review jobs and participants, including the number of jobs in progress and participant activity.
- Search: Displays information about Upland Qvidian search activity.
