Workforce Planning Notification Parameters

The Workforce Planning Notifications are set up to allow the automatic generation and transmission of messages when specified conditions are met.

When setting up a Workforce Planning Notification message, certain parameters are used to define the type of reminder or notification that is sent.

`%LINK_GROUP_WORK_PLAN%`	This is a live link to the Group Work Plan page of the booked Resource’s Resource Group.
`%LINK_MY_WORK_PLAN%`	This is a live link to the My Work Plan page of the booked User.
`%LINK_PROJECT_WORK_PLAN%`	This is a live link to the Project Work Plan page of the booked Project.
`%LINK_RESOURCE_WORK_PLAN%`	This is a live link to the Role Work Plan or User Work Plan page depending on the booked Resource.
`%LINK_ROLE_WORK_PLAN%`	This is a live link to the Role Work Plan page of the booked Role.
`%LINK_USER_WORK_PLAN%`	This is a live link to the User Work Plan page of the booked User.
`%LOGGED_USER%`	This is the name of the User who created/removed the hard booking.
`%PROJECT_DESCRIPTION%`	This is the Description entered for the Project.
`%PROJECT_END_DATE%`	This is the end date of the Project on which the hard booking is created/removed.
`%PROJECT_ID%`	This is the ID of the Project on which the hard booking is created/removed.
`%PROJECT_MANAGER%`	This is the Manager of the Project on which the hard booking is created/removed.
`%PROJECT_MANAGER_FIRST_NAME%`	This is the first Name of the Manager of the Project on which the hard booking is created/removed.
`%PROJECT_MANAGER_LAST_NAME%`	This is the Last name of the Manager of the Project on which the hard booking is created/removed.
`%PROJECT_NAME%`	This is the Name of the Project.
`%PROJECT_START_DATE%`	This is the start date of the Project on Which a hard booking is created/removed.
`PROJECT_TRACKINGNO%`	This is the tracking number of the Project on Which a hard booking is created/removed.
`RESOURCE_NAME`	This is the name of the resource.
