Delete a User

When a user leaves an organization something has to be done with their account. You can either delete or decommission the User.

This article covers the deleting of a user.

  1. From the Icon Bar click Setup .
  2. From the Navigation Menu click Organization.
  3. From the available options select Users.
  4. Select the User(s) to delete.
  5. Click Delete

    Click Create User

  6. Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion.

    Click Yes

    Note: When deleting a User that has bookings and/or allocations in the past or future the Deletion Confirmation dialog box displays, only if you have the appropriate rights in your Security Profile. View the next step.

  7. From the Deletion Confirmation dialog box click either:
    1. Continue to delete selected Resource(s) and the associated bookings and allocations or
    2. Cancel link to cancel the change.

      Click Continue to delete selected Resource(s) and the associated bookings and allocations

      Tip: Click the Export to Excel button if you wish to save a list of associated Bookings and Allocations in Excel format for future reference.
