Delete a User
When a user leaves an organization something has to be done with their account. You can either delete or decommission the User.
This article covers the deleting of a user.
- From the Icon Bar click Setup

- From the Navigation Menu click Organization.
- From the available options select Users.
- Select the User(s) to delete.
- Click Delete
- Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion.
Note: When deleting a User that has bookings and/or allocations in the past or future the Deletion Confirmation dialog box displays, only if you have the appropriate rights in your Security Profile. View the next step.
- From the Deletion Confirmation dialog box click either:
- Continue to delete selected Resource(s) and the associated bookings and allocations or
- Cancel link to cancel the change.
Tip: Click the Export to Excel button if you wish to save a list of associated Bookings and Allocations in Excel format for future reference.
