This article details the available Out-Of-The-Box Column Selection options from the Users list.
Note: In addition to these Out-Of-The-Box Column Selection options any associated User Defined Fields (UDFs) at the User level are also available through the Users list Column Selection.
Tip: Use the Search box located above the table on the right corner to search for a Field by Name or Description. The search returns the rows having your search term in either of the columns.

| Active Site | Displays the User's Active Site |
| Approval Group | Displays the User's Approval Group name |
| Approval Group Manager | Displays the User's Approval Group Manager's name |
| Business Phone | Displays the User's Business Phone |
| Displays the User's Email | |
| Functional Group | Displays the User's Functional Group name |
| Functional Group Manager | Displays the User's Functional Group Manager's name |
| Hire Date | Displays the User's Hire Date |
| Holiday Set | Displays the User's Holiday Set |
| Language | Displays the User's Language |
| Last Evaluation Date | Displays the User's Last Evaluation Date |
| Master Site | Displays the User's Master Site |
| Mobile | Displays the User's Mobile number |
| Next Evaluation Date | Displays the User's Next Evaluation |
| Primary Role | Displays the User's Primary Role |
| Projects | Displays the number of projects each user is assigned to. Clicking this number will open the Assigned Projects dialog box. |

| Resource Group Manager | Displays the User's Resource Group Manager's name |

| Security Role | Displays the User's Security Role |
| Service Date | Displays the User's Service Date |
