RFP Project subsection

Project owners can import Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel questionnaires, known as RFP files, into the RFP Project subsection and then assign individual questions within the questionnaire to participants. When a RFP file is uploaded, it automatically divides the file into sections, known as slices, at the file's paragraph returns and cells. Original paragraph slices are recognized as questions when they are assigned or content is dropped into them. When content is added to a paragraph slice, a new slice is automatically created below. The new paragraph slices, whether created by dropping content into question slices or by adding a blank space below to edit inline, are recognized as answers. Cell slices are only recognized as cells. Excel cells can be edited inline and answered like paragraph cells, but cannot be downloaded for edit. When content is dropped onto a cell, it can replace the content or add it below the original content.

Files included in the project will display as thumbnail previews in the workspace when the section or subsection is opened. You can preview all pages of a single document by double-clicking it. Microsoft Office default fonts are supported when previewing a piece of content. To view the full page preview of an RFP file, click the More More menu menu on the file and select View Full Preview. You can zoom in and out on the page. Select the Preview Custom Fields toggle to view the file with its custom fields. The first ten pages will display. To see additional pages, click Click to load next n pages, where n is 10 or the number of remaining pages in the document.
