This article covers the definitions of the PO entry types and of the PO association entry types.
Select PO entry type(s) for a line item in the PO Details table
Select any or a combination of the entry types/service types by which the PO can be consumed:
- Time: This option defines whether the PO line item amount and the amount associated to Projects can be consumed by Time entries.
- Expense: This option defines whether the PO line item amount and the amount associated to Projects can be consumed by Expense entries.
- Charge: This option defines whether the PO line item amount and the amount associated to Projects can be consumed by Charge entries.
- Product: This option defines whether the PO line item amount and the amount associated to Projects can be consumed by Product entries.
View the PO entry type(s) for the PO association
- View the Entry Type field values, which are inherited from the PO line item. Therefore, any option that is checked for the PO line item is checked, by default, for the association, while those that are unchecked at the PO line item level will be unchecked and disabled for the association row. The enabled entry type field values can be overriden.
