Adding or removing columns from the Client POs list page
The following columns are displayed by default from the Client POs list page: Name, PO #, Issue Date, Valid From, Valid To, Amount, Invoiced, Prepaid, Recognized and Remaining.
Column can be added or removed from the Columns Selection. In addition to any User Defined Fields associated to the Client POs you can choose to add the following columns: Consumed amount and Description.
This article details how to add or remove columns from the Client POs page.
Adding columns
- From the Icon Bar click Setup
.
- From the Navigation Menu click Work to expand the corresponding menu.
- From the Work menu items, click Clients.
- From the Clients List page select the Client name to access the Client Edit page.
- Upon the Client Edit page displaying, click the POs tab.
- Click Columns Selection
.
- You can add columns by:
- Using the Add button.
- Search for the item you are looking for by entering the term in the search box located within the Available Columns table. Click the Search
button. The list will be refreshed, showing you only items that contain your search term.
- Select the item from the Available Columns list.
- Click the right arrow
to add to the Selected Columns list.
- View the added item in the Selected Columns list.
Tip: Use the Search functionality to narrow down the list of items within the Available Columns list. Click the Refresh
button to cancel your Search.
OR
- Search for the item you are looking for by entering the term in the search box located within the Available Columns table. Click the Search
- Dragging and dropping the Columns into the Selected Columns table.
- Search for the item you are looking for by entering the term in the search box located within the Available Columns table. Click the Search
button. The list will be refreshed, showing you only items that contain your search term.
- Drag the grab icon
located next to the required field and drop it in the Selected Columns list.
- View the added item in the Selected Columns list.
Tip: Click the Refresh button to cancel your search.
Note: The funnel icon denotes items that can be used in the Search Criterion. For more information refer to Choosing the anchored Search criteria that will be available when searching for an item.

Removing columns

- You can remove columns by:
- Using the Remove
button.
- Search for the item you are looking for by entering the term in the search box located within the Available Columns table. Click the Search
button. The list will be refreshed, showing you only items that contain your search term.
- Select the item from the Selected Columns list.
- Click the left arrow
to move them to the Available Columns list.
- View the removed item in the Available Columns list.
Tip: Use the Search functionality to narrow down the list of items within the Selected Columns list. Click the Refresh

OR
