    1. Regular time rate change %
    2. Overtime rate change %
    3. Double Overtime rate change %

Example: If you wish to increase the Regular Time rates by 25% you can enter 25. If you wish to decrease the Regular Time rates by 25% then enter -25. The same concept applies to Overtime and Double Overtime rates.

    2. Round Up: Rounds down the number (Ceiling function). As an example: Ceiling of (2.1, 2.2, ….2.9) = 3
    3. Round Down: Rounds down the number (Floor function). As an example: Floor of (2.1, 2.2, ….2.9) = 2
    4. Round: Rounds off the number. As an example: When the number is < .5 round down and when >= .5 round up.

  9. Enter a value for To the nearest field to round the values to the nearest integer. The default value is 1.

Tip: For examples please refer to Rounding Examples.

  10. Click Save.
  11. The Copy Rate Card dialog box will close and you will return to the Rate Cards list page where your newly copied Rate card will appear as the first item. Note that in our example we increased the rates by 25% and rounded up to the nearest 5.
