* Approval: A single approval transition is defined for a state; the Approval transition is mutually exclusive with the Rejection, Putting on Hold and Closing transitions

** Rejection: a single rejection transition is defined for a state; the Rejection transition is mutually exclusive with the Approval, Putting on Hold and Closing transitions. When a Rejection transition is triggered for the Project Workflows, the Rejection Note dialog box is displayed.

*** Putting on Hold: a single Putting on Hold transition is defined for a state; the Putting on Hold transition is mutually exclusive with the Approval, Rejection and Closing transitions. When a Putting on Hold transition is triggered, the Reason box is be displayed.

**** Closing: a single closing transition is define for a state; the Closing transition is mutually exclusive with the Approval, Rejection and Putting on Hold transitions. When a Closing transition is triggered, the Reason dialog box is displayed.
