DTT Import and Export

The DTT Import is a tool used by Administrators to import a company’s destination information from a CSV (comma-separated values) file into the Destination Translations Table (DTT).

The DTT Export is a tool used by Administrators to export a company’s destination information from the Destination Translations Table (DTT). Document Stamp entries from the DTT can now be exported and included in a CSV file.

Property Modifiers

Administrators can add a property modifier that will enforce the use of uppercase, lowercase characters or first letter capitalization in any document metadata; for example, filenames and extensions.

Silent Server Install

A Silent Server Install is the installation of a software program that requires minimal or no user interaction. It is a convenient way to streamline the installation process of an application. Administrators can do a silent server install on Upland AccuRoute servers that are part of an organization’s network.

WebApps Address Book Manager

Administrators can set up an Address Book Manager application that enables designated WebApps users to seamlessly create, update, delete, and search Address Book entries from a company’s database.

WebApps BCC and Confirmation Options

Administrators can show or hide the Email copy as BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) recipient to option by using the Create Distribution > Options tab. In addition, you can also determine how confirmations also known as notifications are managed by the server when a job fails and/or succeeds.

WebApps Custom Address Book

Administrators can integrate their company's custom Address Book database with WebApps . This integration enables users to create distributions that include email, fax, and printer destinations based on a custom Address Book. In addition, users can search, view, add, remove, and edit Address Book entries.

WebApps DMS Document Profiling

The Desktop and WebApps Clients have been integrated to support DMS Document Profiling. Administrators can use the Server Administrator and the Desktop Client to configure WebApps DMS Document Profiling. This seamless integration enables WebApps users to create profile records for their DMS-related distributions.

Note: DMS is an acronym for Document Management System. This integration does not support cloud-based document management systems.

WebApps Single Sign-On

WebApps now supports and can be configured for Single Sign-On (SSO) by using any cloud-based Identity Provider synced to a local On-Premises Directory and the Server Administrator.

OneDrive Scan to and Print from Folder OAuth

Administrators can implement OAuth at the folder level by applying this protocol to the Scan to Folder and/or Print from Folder device button properties. This implementation is for OneDrive folders only. Users can authenticate via the Web Client or device in order to access their designated folders.

MFP Error Message

The following error message appears at an MFP if the user is not recognized as a valid and authenticated member of the Active Directory and/or Device Group.

User Authentication is disabled, unsupported, or failed. Please contact the Administrator.

This friendlier message replaces its technical predecessor.

Failed to lookup user information. Either BOF or EOF is True or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record."

NetDocuments Ethical Wall Software Document Delivery Failure

Document delivery via the server fails for NetDocuments users configured with Ethical Wall software. The additional layer of security provided by the Ethical Wall software prevents the server from delivering routing sheets with documents to NetDocuments.

The Upland AccuRoute NetDocuments connector setup has been modified so that it is recognized by the Ethical Wall software as a valid document delivery mechanism with access to NetDocuments.

PDF Compression Processing Error

Poorly constructed PDFs may result in a lengthy compression process and duplicated PDF pages. The “Do not compress duplicated resources” setting has been developed to resolve this issue.

Rule-based Job Cancellations

Job cancellations based on system-defined rules will appear in the History > Canceled barometer and not in General Failures. Administrators can use the Messages In Process and In History folders to view the status of any job processed by the server.

WebApps Customer Error Messages

Administrators can create their own company-specific error messages to redirect, inform users about errors and what appropriate actions to take. This functionality is available in the Web Client (WebApps predecessor). WebApps now supports this functionality. Company-specific error messages appear with the WebApps header and footer.

 

ABBYY FlexiCapture SDK v12.0.14.13

The CX and Zonal OCR connector used for data classification and extraction have been upgraded to work with the latest ABBYY FlexiCapture SDK v12.0.14.13.

Secure Content Monitor and iText 7 for Arabic Text Recognition

Secure Content Monitor uses iText 7 which recognizes Arabic text in PDFs.

SNMP v3 and Xerox EIP v4.x

The following server/device configuration upgrades are available in this release.

• The Upland AccuRoute server supports SNMP v3 for devices configured with the server. You can use the Enable SNMP v3 check box to set up this enhancement for your devices.
• The server configuration also supports the latest Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) v4.x for Xerox devices.
• In addition, a new Duplex Format setting has been added to the Button Properties > Scan Settings dialog box.

Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 Failure Message during Zonal Form Definitions Installation

The following message appears when attempting to install Upland AccuRoute Zonal Form Definitions.

• "The installation of Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 Full appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation?"

The Zonal Form Definitions installation does not recognize that Microsoft .Net Framework was installed. See the following resolutions below.

Windows 10, 32 bit Client System

• Click Yes to continue the installation. The Zonal Form Definitions Client is launched successfully after the installation is completed.

Windows 8 , Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) Client Systems

• You may need to manually install Microsoft .Net Framework in order to proceed with the Zonal Form Definitions installation.

Use of Print from Folder Device Button Shows Incorrect Document Size

The document size is shown as 0Kb when using the Print from Folder device button. Users can print documents successfully despite the incorrect document size.
