Edit a Timesheet Template

Editing a Timesheet Template allows you to adjust key settings such as approval workflows, available time entry fields, and template behavior. This is useful when organizational processes change, or when refining templates to better suit team needs and reporting requirements.

This article details how to edit a Timesheet Template to update settings, workflows, and configuration options.

  1. From the Icon Bar click Setup .
  2. From the Navigation Menu click Timesheet.
  3. From the available options select Timesheet Templates.
  4. From the Timesheet Templates list that displays, click the Name of the Timesheet Template you wish to access.
  5. On the General, Assignments, Options, Rules and/or Reminders tab(s), change the required information. For more information on available options in each tab, refer to these respective articles:
