A Disaster Recovery executable file has been developed for Administrators who want to configure and edit their disaster recovery settings by using a scripting language.

Export additional parameters to a CSV file

DTT Export is a tool used by Administrators to export a company’s destination information from the Destination Translations Table (DTT). The DTT is a SQL table that exists in the Upland AccuRoute database. The server and its components use the DTT to route messages to their appropriate destination. The DTT Export tool is useful for companies that need to review their current destination information, identify where changes are required and any errors that may exist.

The following parameters can also be exported to a CSV file

• Paper Size

• Enable Manual Hold

• Calendar

• Time Zone

Simplifying OneDrive User Authorization and Authentication

The OneDrive Organization Account is a setting developed for OneDrive for Business or OneDrive for Business Custom Domain use. The benefit associated with using the OneDrive Organization Account is that it does not require user authorization and authentication from the WebApps Client or device. This setting removes the authorization and authentication tasks from users when OneDrive folders are set up and other changes occur that would require users to reauthorize and/or reauthenticate.

Registered Users - Managing Delegates and Assistants

Administrators can streamline the management of delegates and assistants by delegating this task to Help Desk personnel or users with a limited administrative role. With the Registered Users application, Help Desk personnel or users with a limited administrative role can manage other users’ delegates and assistants when the need arises.

Set a Default Document Stamp

WebApps Administration is a series of custom applications that can be assigned to designated WebApps users, for example, Routing which is used to reroute messages from one destination to another. A default document stamp can be set for routing messages.

Search Routing Destinations

Using WebApps Administration > Routing, you can specify a Destination Type, Destination and/or Device Serial Number to find your routing destinations. In addition, you can search the Destination column without specifying an exact match as your search criteria. You can search by any character(s) contained in the Destination column.

Customize the Routing Table

Administrators that use DTT (Destination Translations Table) can add a Route To Destination column and view the information displayed in the WebApps > Routing table.

View Messages in History Confirmations

WebApps users can view Messages in History notifications by using the Properties > Confirmations tab. The notifications are set as a default by an Administrator. Users can override the default notifications by setting their own when creating distributions.

View Faxing Activity on the Server Dashboard

The Server Dashboard is a WebApps tool that Administrators can use to monitor the status of their server configuration in a live environment. It monitors and displays a server’s services, connectors, queues, compose engine states and the status of Telco channels in a color-coded format.

The Telco Channel status shows the following information.

• Total number of available channels

• Total number of free channels

• Total number of sending channels

• Total number of receiving channels

Failover/Disaster Recovery Licensing Error

Licenses are required for the active and passive servers that exist in a Failover/Disaster Recovery Cluster environment. They are needed during the replication of one server to another. An executable file as a patch has been developed to resolve licensing issues if changes to a Failover/Cluster environment are made.

Ricoh Android Device Property

A new device property is required for Ricoh Android device group configurations to ensure the appropriate files are installed for the device group.

Scan Settings > Orientation > Auto Detect Missing

There are a series of default scan settings that are applied to device buttons configured in the Server Administrator which include color mode, duplex, job build, orientation and more. The Scan Settings > Orientation > Auto Detect setting was missing from various device models. A patch has been developed to resolve this issue.

Server Device Query

Administrators can query a device to ensure installation is successful and that a connection between the server and the device exists. Performing a device query between the server and various device models was not functioning properly. A patch has been developed to resolve this issue.

WebApps Default File Size Limit

Files that are sent via distributions in the WebApps Client have a default size of 30 mb. An error message is displayed if users attempt to send a file to their recipients greater than the default size limit.

WebService API Connector

Did you know? The Web Service API connector enables communication between the AccuRoute Server and a company’s REST API. It is used to route documents and metadata to the REST API endpoints.

Configuring Compose Component - Microsoft Office Automation

Configuring the Compose component for Microsoft Office automation is no longer supported. Aspose was implemented several versions ago and is used for Microsoft Office automation. The Help topic related to configuring the Compose component has been removed and is no longer available.

• Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Express is a component used to configure the server during installation. It is the database engine the server uses to store all the data it needs to process.

• .NET 6.0 provides a consolidated platform for desktop, mobile, web, cloud, and IoT applications.

 

AccuRoute 6.6 supports upgrading from the following versions: 5.0, 5.1, 5.1.1, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5

 

WebApps and IE Incompatibility

Recent upgrades which include .NET 6.0 framework and a new PDF Preview component have made WebApps incompatible with Internet Explorer (IE). Upland AccuRoute will no longer support IE in this and future releases.
